I believe in a holistic approach that, although grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, incorporates wellness, recovery and each individual’s style into the treatment process. I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade. My main expertise is with treating mood disorders, relationship problems, and anxiety. I also frequently work with issues related to trauma, severe mental illness, and addiction. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and older adults.
I completed both my Master’s of Science and my Doctorate (PhD) at Palo Alto University, an APA-approved doctoral program, and completed an APA-approved internship. During my clinical training, I had the opportunity to work with adolescents, children and adults from diverse ethnic backgrounds and received specialized training in working with ethnic minority individuals.
I can provide therapeutic services in both English and in Russian.
