Seeking therapy is often a complex decision as it may mean there are certain life stressors, addictions, anxiety, depression, or circumstances that are out of our control. However, seeking the help you need is important to getting back to living the life that you want. Together, we can work towards improving balance, coping, and minimizing the pain and discomfort of what brings you into therapy. By allowing myself to assist you with dealing with these issues will allow yourself to be one step closer towards personal growth and success.

My competencies include working with mood disorders, anxiety, substance use, self-esteem issues, and family dynamics. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach that seeks towards finding health, balance, and individual growth.

I have a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology (APA-accredited) and am currently a 5th year doctoral student. I am working under Lilia Sheynman, PhD (License No. and State: PSY26066 California) as a registered Psychological Assistant. During my clinical training, I have worked with children, adolescents, families, adults with a diverse ethnic background and varying mental health needs.
